Rotational Engineering Graduate Programme providing experience across three engineering functions, plus exposure to Project Management and/or Business Development/Management, with mentoring and support toward professional Chartership.

Join our Graduate Programme and gain invaluable experience across three different engineering capabilities as well as our project management and business management functions, giving you a thorough understanding of our entire business. You will also benefit from a dedicated mentor to guide and support you throughout the programme.
Due to security restrictions on some of our projects, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain Security Check (SC).
Applications will close on 9th November 2026, ready for interviews and assessment days to start in late November and early December 2026. Start date will be September 2027.
Responsibilities
You’ll complete four rotations, of which 3 will be placements from our below engineering functions as well as spending time in Project Management and or Business Development / Business Management:
Structural and Fluid Dynamics
Simulation and Control
Systems & Safety
Mechanical Design
Software and Electronics
You’ll be assigned an experienced mentor who will be able to support your development throughout the graduate programme and will support you in your Chartership application to an Engineering Professional Body.
Responsibilities will be expected to be developed and finalised over time as you progress within each rotation.
Qualifications
A minimum of a 2:1 (achieved or on track for) in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or similar
Essential skills
The ability to learn new technical skills
The capability to act and work independently and as an effective and enthusiastic team member
Excellent oral, written communication and inter-personal skills
Proficiency in the full Microsoft office suite
Desired skills
An understanding of 3 or more of the following:
Loads and Aeroelastics
Modelling and Simulation
Systems Engineering
Applications such as MATLAB
Coding languages such as C++
Embedded electronics
Mechanical design using 3D CAD
