As SOCOTEC grows, so do our teams. We’re looking for a dedicated Apprentice Business Administrator to join our Environment & Safety Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Apprentice Business Administrator to join our Asbestos department. In this role, you’ll need the confidence to work independently, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. 

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):

• Arranging appointments with field staff and the client & ensuring all documents are prepared

• Setting up new projects and client details onto in house database

• Maintain the office filing/archiving system in both hard and electronic format

Qualifications

To be a successful Apprentice Business Administrator, you should be able to demonstrate:

• Excellent communication skills

• Good use of your initiative
