What you’ll be doing
As a Trainee Business Analyst, you’ll support projects focused on improving how the business meets financial regulatory requirements.
You will:
Help improve the accuracy and quality of regulatory transaction reports
Work closely with teams across the business, including Technology, Compliance, and Operations
Gather and document business requirements
Support the delivery of change and process improvements
Learn how large-scale regulatory projects are managed and delivered
Contribute to risk management and good governance practices
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of business activities and develop a strong foundation for a career in financial services or consulting.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for motivated, curious individuals who are eager to learn.
You’ll ideally have:
A degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Good organisation and time management skills
An interest in financial markets and regulation
Previous internship or project experience is a plus, but not essential.
