What you’ll be doing

As a Trainee Business Analyst, you’ll support projects focused on improving how the business meets financial regulatory requirements.

You will:

• Help improve the accuracy and quality of regulatory transaction reports

• Work closely with teams across the business, including Technology, Compliance, and Operations

• Gather and document business requirements

• Support the delivery of change and process improvements

• Learn how large-scale regulatory projects are managed and delivered

• Contribute to risk management and good governance practices

• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation

You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of business activities and develop a strong foundation for a career in financial services or consulting.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for motivated, curious individuals who are eager to learn.

You’ll ideally have:

• A degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Good organisation and time management skills

• An interest in financial markets and regulation

Previous internship or project experience is a plus, but not essential.
