Operating within Sika's central Operations function, this developmental role focuses on creating Power BI dashboards, standardizing performance metrics, and identifying automation opportunities to convert raw operational data into practical business improvements.

About the Role

This opportunity sits within our Operations function and supports a growing portfolio of data-driven improvement projects across Customer Services and Sales & Demand Planning. The role has been created to strengthen internal analytical capability and help teams turn data into practical improvements across day-to-day operations.

As our Graduate Data Analyst, you’ll help improve visibility, decision-making and performance across key operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who already has a foundation in data analytics and is looking for the chance to apply those skills in a live business environment where insight can quickly become action. Based on the business rationale, the role is focused on improving analytical capability and supporting a pipeline of data-led operational improvement initiatives.

You’ll also have the opportunity to complete a newly formed Level 4 AI and Automation Practitioner Apprenticeship, giving you a strong platform for both technical development and future progression.
