What Will Your Day Look Like?
You’ll be based in Botanica Ditton Park, where we encourage office presence to help you learn, connect, and thrive. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely for 2-3 days a week. We are planning to relocate to Botanica Ditton Park from January 2027. Until then, the role will be based at our current Stoke Poges office.
Your role will include:
Learn specific in-house systems and applications to be able to contribute to future decision-making in process improvement.
Meet all targets and objectives that have been set by the Line Manager.
Contribute to the teams overall performance by both individual effort and team effort as and when requirement.
Undertake research and offer suggestions for improvement to the placement through own initiative and experiences.
Attend all graduate and business specific training modules; demonstrating learning application in each placement.
What We’re Looking For

You have completed or are working towards a degree in a Business or Economics related degree
Work experience or a previous placement in a similar environment would be beneficial but not essential
Confidence and self-determination to drive your own development throughout the programme
