Graduate Recruitment Advisor

This role involves managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process for Savills' award-winning early careers programmes, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and assessing diverse students for internships and graduate schemes through October 2027.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our award winning recruitment team in London, based near Oxford Circus. The job purpose is to ensure the smooth running of the Savills multi award winning Graduate HR team by supporting the team in an advisor position.

The role consists of sourcing, attracting and assessing students onto our internships and graduate programmes. They are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, as well as providing an exceptional and quality candidate experience.
