Key Responsibilities

What will you be involved in?
Our Performance Marketing Graduate Programme is designed for graduates who are curious about how AI, data, and technology drive business growth. You’ll gain hands-on experience building AI-powered solutions that support Sage’s global marketing efforts, while developing the technical and commercial skills needed for a career at the intersection of engineering and marketing.

During the programme, you will:
• Build AI automations, agents, and scalable marketing systems
• Develop and test solutions using Python, cloud technologies, and large language models (LLMs)
• Support digital marketing campaigns across channels including paid search, paid social, display, and email
• Analyse campaign and customer data to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
• Automate workflows that improve efficiency and support revenue generation
• Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, and product to solve real business challenges
• Explore emerging technologies and modern engineering practices

From day one, you’ll take ownership of meaningful projects, with the support to learn, experiment, and grow.

This programme is ideal for graduates who enjoy coding, building solutions, and applying technology to solve commercial problems. Whether your background is in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or another discipline, we’re interested in what you can build and your passion for AI and innovation.
