As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Relationship Management teams and are seeking enthusiastic, relationship-focused professionals to join us as Data Relationship Managers.
Asset Managers Team
Focuses on building relationships with fund managers and alternative investment managers who contribute data and market intelligence.
Asset Owners Team
Focuses on building relationships with asset owners, institutional investors, and allocators who participate as data partners.
Relationship Building & Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing data partners.
Engage with industry professionals through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Represent With Intelligence professionally and communicate the value of our data products and services.
Deliver a positive experience by responding to enquiries and supporting partners throughout the engagement process.
Research & Market Intelligence
Identify and research prospective data partners within the alternative investment industry.
Build and maintain targeted contact lists using internal resources and research tools.
Stay informed about market developments, investment firms, and industry trends.
Data Acquisition & Coordination
Support the onboarding of new data partners and contributors.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
Help remove obstacles and facilitate a smooth experience throughout the data submission process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with colleagues across Data, Editorial, Sales, Marketing, and Events to support business objectives.
Share market insights and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with industry participants.
Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies, processes, and team performance.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of activities, interactions, and outcomes within CRM systems.
Track engagement activity and support reporting requirements.
Ensure data quality and attention to detail across all administrative and operational tasks.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Up to three years of experience in a customer-facing, client services, sales support, recruitment, events, business development, account management, or relationship-focused role is advantageous but not required.
Communication & Relationship Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships.
Confidence engaging with stakeholders across different seniority levels and cultures.
Personal Attributes
Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a positive and collaborative approach.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and databases.
Interest in technology, automation, and process improvement is beneficial.
Industry Interest
An interest in financial markets, investment management, or the data and information services industry.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about alternative investments and the broader financial services sector.
