This analytical graduate position focuses on cleaning, validating, and modeling international commercial and logistics datasets to build performance dashboards that optimize operational efficiency and revenue growth across Royal Mail's global network.
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Graduate Data Analyst to join Royal Mail International. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career, using data to generate insights that support commercial performance, operational efficiency and strategic decision-making across a global logistics network.
About the role
• Analyse commercial, operational and compliance data to support business decision-making.
• Produce reports on revenue, volumes and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility of key performance indicators.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and insights to support fast-paced business needs.
• Support data quality by cleaning, validating and reconciling multiple data sources.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accurate and aligned.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and performance through data-driven insights.
About you
• Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics or a related analytical discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good Excel skills with ability to work with and interpret large datasets.
• Clear communicator, able to present insights in a simple and engaging way.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SQL or data visualisation tools (e.g. Qlik, Tableau) is desirable.
