The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and driven Sustainability Graduate to join our team for a 12-month placement. Working alongside our Sustainability Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in sustainability management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing
As a Sustainability Graduate Intern, you will:
Support the Sustainability Manager in delivering client sustainability requirements and long-term objectives
Help maintain and improve our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and support audit readiness
Assist in producing sustainability reports, including greenhouse gas (GHG) data and client disclosures
Collect, analyse, and interpret ESG and sustainability data to support business reporting and decision-making
Research emerging sustainability regulations and industry best practice (e.g. EUDR, PPWR, ESOS)
Support sustainability projects such as circular economy initiatives, logistics optimisation, and energy efficiency improvements
Collaborate with teams across the business and external partners to deliver sustainability goals
What We're Looking For
A recent or soon-to-be graduate in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Geography, or a related discipline
Understanding of key sustainability concepts (e.g. Net Zero, ESG, circular economy, GHG reporting)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data
Excellent communication and research skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
A proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach
A genuine passion for sustainability and continuous learning
