The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Supply Chain Graduate Intern to join our Logistics Team in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced supply chain environment while contributing to real business improvement projects.

You'll work closely with experienced professionals, supporting key logistics activities, analysing performance data, and helping drive process efficiency across the business.

What you'll be doing

As a Supply Chain Graduate Intern, you will:

  • Support the Supply Chain & Logistics team with day-to-day operations and project work

  • Analyse supply chain performance and provide actionable insights

  • Review and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

  • Assist with transport tenders and framework contract management

  • Help manage logistics service providers and monitor contract compliance

  • Produce performance reports and present findings to stakeholders

  • Collaborate across teams to support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Take part in business review meetings and contribute ideas for improvement

You'll also get involved in key projects such as:

  • Supporting transport service tenders (UK, Europe and global)

  • Developing systems and processes for contract management

  • Supporting performance tracking and reporting

What We're Looking For

  • Degree (2:1 or above predicted or achieved) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
