Supports the commercial development of large-scale data centre projects by building financial models, analysing energy markets, evaluating supplier proposals and assisting with partner negotiations.
ABOUT RHAELM
RHAELM is the sovereign AI cloud built to accelerate secure AI deployment at scale, combining power and infrastructure pipelines with global capability and local, in-country operations. Headquartered in London, with deployments across Europe and APAC, we deliver ring-fenced compute, networking, and storage infrastructure alongside a sovereign platform and flexible Bare Metal, Kubernetes, and AI-as-a-Service models.
Focused on regulated and mission-critical sectors, we give organisations sovereign control over their AI infrastructure, platform, and data.
THIS ROLE
AI is driving a major build-out of digital infrastructure, and RHAELM is developing the data centres behind its sovereign AI cloud, with large-scale projects across Europe and APAC. The pace is fast and the projects are large, so graduates get stuck in from day one. You will work on live projects across several markets, join site visits and partner meetings, and produce analysis that feeds real decisions.
As a Graduate Commercial Analyst, you will work on the deals that make projects happen, from building commercial models and analysing energy markets to supporting negotiations with partners and suppliers. You will learn directly from people who have developed and delivered major infrastructure, with plenty of room to take on more as you find your feet.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Commercial Energy Development and be based in London, with a minimum of three days a week in the office. This role can be filled immediately, and we can be flexible on start date for the right candidate.

EXPERIENCE
Experience after graduation, including graduate schemes, internships, placements or other relevant work
A technical or analytical project, from study or work, where you gathered and analysed data and presented recommendations
Experience working in a team to deadlines
Exposure to energy, infrastructure, engineering consultancy, property development or construction is preferable
Exposure to data centres or power networks is helpful but not required
SKILLS
Confident with Excel and financial modelling, and keen to build modelling skills further
Understands what current AI tools can and cannot do, and how to apply them to research, analysis and day-to-day work
