In recognition of our outstanding employee experience, we've been certified as a Great Place to Work™. So far, we have 13,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission.
And we're looking for more brilliant people. People who love building great products, redefining success, and turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.
Our Graduate Programme is built for ambitious graduates who want to launch their careers in fintech. Over this 12-month programme, you’ll work on real projects, solve complex challenges, and make an impact from day one.
With structured training and hands-on experience, you’ll grow your skills while exploring different areas of the business.
Top performers can be promoted during or after the programme, giving you the chance to continue your journey at Revolut.
Design at Revolut is all about balancing that sense of creativity with a deep attention to detail. Our customers have come to expect a certain level of look and feel from our products, and it's up to us to keep pushing their expectations higher.
We’re looking for Graduate Product Designers who want to shape end-to-end experiences, solve problems with creativity, and design products that customers love.
The Graduate Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply).
