Graduate Software Integration Engineer supporting the design, development and testing of enterprise integration solutions, connecting systems, data and services using platforms such as MuleSoft, WebMethods, Talend, Tibco and Dell Boomi.

Role overview:
As a Graduate Software Integration Engineer within the Integration practice, you will support the design and delivery of integration solutions across enterprise environments, contributing to both client engagements and internal capability development. You will gain hands-on experience in integration technologies and consulting approaches, helping clients connect systems, data, and services effectively. You will be trained on modern integration platforms such as MuleSoft, WebMethods, Talend, Tibco, and Dell Boomi.

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of high-quality Integration Design and Development consultancy across client projects

• Contribute to integration best practices, including API design, data transformation, and system interoperability

• Work alongside senior consultants to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Assist in the development of Reply’s intellectual property and reusable integration assets

• Collaborate within agile delivery teams, contributing to solution design, development, and testing activities

• Continuously build technical expertise across integration platforms, cloud technologies, and emerging tools

• Share knowledge within the team and actively contribute to a collaborative consulting environment

About the candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or above) in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related technology field

• Good foundational knowledge of software engineering principles and system integration concepts

• Hands-on experience or academic exposure to Java (e.g., Core Java, Spring Boot) and/or integration frameworks such as Apache Camel is advantageous

• Understanding of APIs (REST), data formats (JSON/XML), and basic knowledge of messaging or event-driven concepts is desirable

• Initial exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) and an interest in modern integration patterns in cloud environments

• Interest in emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and how they integrate with enterprise systems

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a consulting environment and engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
