Redmore Environmental is looking for an ambitious Graduate Air Quality Consultant to join our specialist industrial, permitting and ecological air quality assessment team.

The Impact You Will Have
You will support the delivery of technically demanding air quality projects focused on industrial emissions, environmental permitting and compliance. Your work will contribute to regulatory decision-making and help clients manage environmental risks effectively.
You will develop skills in:
Industrial air quality, odour and ecological air quality assessments
Dispersion modelling of point source emissions
Environmental permitting and compliance support
Design and delivery of air quality monitoring campaigns
Data analysis and interpretation
Technical report writing and quality assurance
Supporting project delivery and client communication
Projects range from single-source dispersion studies to complex multi-source industrial emission assessments and odour impact studies.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 12 months you will:
Develop a strong understanding of industrial air quality, ecological air quality and permitting frameworks
Deliver high quality technical reports and project outputs
Build confidence in data analysis and interpretation
Support monitoring campaigns and fieldwork activities
Work effectively across multiple projects and deadlines
Begin to take ownership of elements of project delivery

What We Are Looking For
Degree or Master’s in a relevant environmental or engineering discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work across multiple deadlines
Strong interest in air quality
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Previous consultancy experience is beneficial but not essential. Full training and support will be provided.
