A Graduate Data Analyst role at Quorum focused on building dashboards, analysing data, and delivering insights to improve business processes and support client solutions.

Quorum is one of the largest Microsoft Partner’s in Scotland, as well as a Microsoft Direct Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP). We are currently looking to add a permanent Graduate Data Analyst to our growing team.

The role of a Graduate Data Analyst:

  • Creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports across the business – for both internal and external client use.

  • Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and anomalies – providing trend analysis, identifying problems and working with the wider team to implement solutions.

  • Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve data processes, improving our business efficiency.

  • Collaboration with Product Owners and Stakeholders to define problems and deliver actionable data-driven insights.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Maths, Statistics, Science) or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience with data visualisation/BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik).

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, R or other languages for extracting analysing and manipulating data.

  • Familiarity with ETL processes and extracting from data warehouses is a plus.

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
