This two-year entry-level luxury brand amplification and multi-channel audience engagement scheme focuses on digital storytelling and creator partnerships, training culturally fluent graduates to engineer trend-led TikTok content, coordinate VIP editorial shoots, and curate community interactions across Penhaligon's global fragrance portfolio.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Social Media Graduate with a strong TikTok-first mindset to support the growth and evolution of Penhaligon’s global social media presence.
We are looking for someone who is deeply connected to the cultural zeitgeist- someone who closely follows fashion, art, culture, entertainment and internet trends, and understands how these worlds intersect with social media. This role will support not only TikTok activity, but also wider social, PR and talent-led initiatives.
You’ll work closely with the team to help develop ideas, create content, support shoots, manage posting and engage communities, while contributing cultural insight on where the brand could grow next.
This is a two year fixed- term contract.
What you'll get to do
TikTok & Social Media Support
Support the day-to-day management of Penhaligon’s TikTok account
Bring forward ideas rooted in TikTok culture, trends, sounds and formats, adapted appropriately for a luxury brand
Support content planning and publishing across TikTok and other Penhaligon’s social platforms
Content Creation
Create and edit TikTok-first content (filming, basic editing and captions)
Support reactive, trend-led content when relevant
Support the management of our TikTok content freelancer, helping to feed ideas, share briefs, review content and ensure outputs align with brand tone, platform best practice and trends
Editorial Shoots & Talent Support (Non-TikTok Specific)
Assist on editorial shoots involving VIP and talent, supporting teams on set
Support the publishing of talent partnership content across Penhaligon’s social channels, liaising with internal teams on copy, approvals, timings and adaptations
Creator Castings
Assist the team in reviewing talent lists from markets for advocacy, organic seeding and paid partnership opportunities
Community & Culture
Manage and monitor social comments (with a focus on TikTok)
Engage with the community in a timely, on-brand and culturally fluent way
Share insights on audience sentiment, emerging trends and cultural moments
Cultural & Trend Awareness
Stay closely connected to the zeitgeist, particularly across TikTok, fashion, art, culture, film, music and internet trends
Regularly share inspiration, references and cultural insights with the team
Contribute ideas on how Penhaligon’s can evolve its voice, content and presence in culturally relevant ways
We'd love to meet you if you have
Previous experience in social media, ideally within the beauty, fragrance or luxury industry
Strong understanding of TikTok platform, culture, trends and formats
Previous content creation and editing experience
Strong collaboration skills, working cross-functionally and supporting external partners
Deep interest in fashion, art, music and emerging trends
Highly organised, with strong prioritisation skills
Comfortable dealing with complexity and ambiguity
Strong attention to detail with sensitivity to luxury
Results-oriented and solutions-driven
