The Opportunity...
Mission:
This role supports the Commercial team across sales administration, reporting, retailer partnerships and business operations, providing graduates with broad exposure to commercial functions within a leading beauty business.
Key Responsibilities:
Support key retailer accounts and commercial activities.
Prepare sales reports, presentations and performance analysis.
Maintain trackers, promotional calendars and retailer information.
Support forecasting and sales planning processes.
Coordinate product launches and retailer activations.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and E-Tailing teams.
Monitor sales trends, risks and opportunities.
Provide general administrative support to the Commercial team.
We'd love to meet you if you have
Experience: Strong interest in Sales, Business or Commercial Operations.
Competencies: Highly organised, analytical, collaborative, commercially aware and detail-orientated.
Specific Knowledge Required: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office suite.
