Job Purpose:
Provides entry-level support for SAP access management, security administration, BAU change activities and compliance processes. Develops SAP system knowledge whilst following defined procedures, controls and governance standards under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with SAP user administration, access requests and security role maintenance.
Support execution of approved SAP BAU changes and testing activities.
Follow documented procedures for security, change and compliance activities.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and control reviews.
Assist with access reviews, user account updates and periodic compliance checks.
Identify issues and escalate risks, control concerns or system anomalies to senior team members.
Develop knowledge of SAP processes, controls and business operations.
Role Dimensions
Provides operational support across SAP security, access management and BAU change activities.
Works within established procedures, governance controls and service management processes.
Supports ECC6 and S/4HANA environments under supervision.
Contributes to audit, compliance and access review activities.
No budget responsibility.
No people management responsibility.

Role Requirements
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of enterprise systems and information technology concepts.
Interest in SAP security, access management and business applications.
Ability to follow documented procedures accurately.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Competent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Experience
Experience in an IT, administration or business support role desirable.
Exposure to ERP systems or SAP is advantageous but not essential.
Experience working within structured processes is desirable.
Qualifications
GCSE/A-Level, vocational qualification or equivalent experience.
IT-related apprenticeship, diploma or relevant study advantageous.
