What you will be doing
As a Finance Graduate, you’ll support the finance department while gaining hands‑on exposure to a range of core finance activities. You’ll work alongside experienced finance professionals, contributing to day‑to‑day tasks, supporting projects and developing a strong understanding of how finance operates within a regulated financial services environment.
This is a varied role designed to help you learn. You’ll have opportunities to shadow colleagues across different areas of finance and get involved in ad hoc tasks as needed, giving you the chance to build practical experience and discover where your interests and strengths lie.
You’ll be involved in:
Supporting finance projects, analysis and documentation
Assisting with data gathering, reporting and basic financial analysis
Shadowing finance team members across different functional areas
Helping to improve processes and ways of working
Completing ad hoc tasks to support wider finance objectives
Working in line with governance, risk and compliance requirements
What we are looking for
We’re looking for a motivated graduate with an interest in finance, who’s keen to learn and happy to get involved wherever support is needed. You’ll be curious, organised and comfortable working with numbers, data and systems, with a positive attitude and willingness to develop new skills.
You’ll enjoy working collaboratively, be able to manage your time effectively and feel confident communicating with different stakeholders as you rotate and shadow across the finance function.
You’ll ideally have:
A degree (or be working towards one), ideally in a finance, business or numerate discipline
Strong numeracy, attention to detail and analytical skills
Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to take on ad hoc tasks
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
An interest in finance and financial services
