We're looking for a bright, analytical graduate to help drive the safe and effective adoption of AI across our business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, data, security, and business transformation. You'll help identify where AI can create real value, support the rollout of tools such as Microsoft Copilot, and ensure AI is used responsibly and securely.

What You'll Do

  • Identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, decision-making, and business processes.

  • Support the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools across the organisation.

  • Analyse business challenges and help develop practical AI solutions.

  • Help design, test, and evaluate AI-enabled workflows, automations, and AI agents.

  • Create guidance, training materials, and best-practice resources for users.

  • Support AI governance by helping assess risks relating to security, privacy, data protection, and compliance.

  • Track adoption, benefits, and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.

  • Work with colleagues across technology, information security, data, and business teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree (or soon to graduate) in a relevant subject such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, IT, or similar.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Genuine interest in AI, emerging technology, and digital innovation.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Curious, proactive, and enthusiastic about learning.

  • Ability to break down complex problems and identify practical solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.

  • Understanding of data, cyber security, privacy, or governance concepts.

  • Exposure to automation, reporting tools, or business analysis techniques.
