Develops future finance leaders through a three-year graduate programme focused on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and business partnering across Group and European finance teams.
The Super Bowl. Wimbledon. The Premier League. Eurovision. The Olympic Games.
Behind the moments the world watches, there's a team making them happen. Behind that team, there's a finance function keeping it all moving.
NEP is the global partner behind some of the biggest live events on the planet. We work in 25 countries, have more than 5,000 people, and have supported productions in over 100 countries across all seven continents. As we celebrate 40 years of bringing content to life, we're launching a programme to find the finance leaders of the future.
Is that you?
What you'll do
Over 3 years, you'll complete two 18-month rotations, one in Group Commercial Finance & FP&A and one in NEP Europe Finance. This is real work from day one, not shadowing.
You'll:
See how a global business performs: help prepare month-end reporting across regions for Group leadership
Find the story behind the numbers: analyse results against budget and forecast, and explain what's driving them
Help shape what comes next: support budgeting, forecasting and revenue models
Track risks and opportunities: maintain the Group view of what could help or hurt performance
Work as a business partner: build relationships with finance teams and stakeholders across our international businesses
Make things better: suggest ways to improve our reporting, processes and tools
What you'll get
A fully funded CIMA qualification, covering tuition, materials, registration, subscriptions and exam fees
2 days' paid study leave for every exam, on top of your annual leave
International experience across Group and European finance teams
A structured development plan, with quarterly check-ins and reviews at the end of each rotation
Access to senior leaders, with regular exposure to an experienced senior management team
A permanent role from day one, with a clear path into a qualified finance role when you finish the programme
Competitive starting salary, with progression as you develop
Who we're looking for
You don't need to know everything about finance yet. You do need to be curious about how businesses make money and want to find out more.
We're looking for people who are:
Good with numbers and analytical, and like solving problems
Strong communicators, confident to ask questions and share ideas
Adaptable and resilient, comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
Team players who are happy to roll up their sleeves when it counts
Ambitious, with the drive to grow into a future finance manager or leader
Why NEP?
Our values are Reliable, Ethical, Innovative and One Team. They shape how we work with each other and with our clients. When something needs to happen, everyone pitches in.
