This graduate role develops skills in engineering geology and geotechnical engineering by supporting renewable energy and infrastructure projects across the UK. You'll carry out ground investigations, site visits, data analysis, technical reporting, and project delivery while gaining field and office experience with structured mentoring and chartership support.
We're looking for a Graduate Engineering Geologist / Geotechnical Engineer to join our growing team in Stirling or Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career with a company who have been we have been pioneers of positive renewable change for 30 years, working on projects that support wind, solar and energy infrastructure developments across the country.
From your first day, you'll gain a mix of office and site-based experience, working alongside experienced engineers, geologists and renewable energy specialists. You'll be involved in ground investigations, site visits, data interpretation, technical reporting and project delivery, developing both your technical and professional skills within a supportive environment.
Whether you're supervising drilling operations on a remote wind farm site, analysing ground investigation data, or helping prepare reports that influence major infrastructure decisions, no two days will be the same.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
A degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology, Geology, Earth Sciences or a related discipline.
A passion for renewable energy and ground engineering.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A willingness to travel and undertake site work throughout Scotland and the rest of the UK.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Previous industry experience is not required. We're looking for enthusiastic graduates with a genuine interest in engineering and renewable energy who are excited to develop their careers with us.
