Graduate Graphic Designer

Working closely with the Creative Manager, this role involves designing print collateral and digital assets to maintain brand consistency across the Group, requiring cross-border travel between company offices in both jurisdictions of Ireland.

Job Details

As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Creative Manager and wider marketing team in producing visual content for MTM Engineering and sister companies. You will help maintain brand consistency, assist in developing new assets and contribute to campaigns across the Group. This role will require travel to our other offices across both jurisdictions in Ireland, so either a UK or Irish passport will be required. Visa sponsorship cannot be offered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Design print assets for each brand, including brochures, flyers, presentations, posters, signage and marketing collateral 

• Produce engaging digital content for social, email marketing and websites • Assist in developing and maintaining consistent brand identity across all platforms 

• Work closely with the Creative Manager and other company departments to understand design needs across all Group companies

• Help maintain a library of templates and brand assets 

 
Requirements

• Degree in graphic design or related field

• Portfolio of work showcasing branding, layout design and digital work

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

• Knowledge of Adobe Express, Firefly and Premier Pro would be an advantage

• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout composition

• Strong communication skills and ability to work to tight deadlines and on own initiative

• Someone who is willing to learn, with a strong desire to grow creatively and expand skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint 

• A UK or Irish passport is required
