The Role:  ​

• Over a 3-year program, you’ll get to work across three 12-month rotations,inSupply Chain functions. Designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and skills acrossFoodManufacturingandPlantOperations,CustomerService andLogisticswithin our commercial head office, with the final placement providingexperienceacrossEngineering, Procurement, Quality or our important OperationsCenters.

Candidate Requirements:​

• A recent graduate with a degree or equivalent in one of the following disciplines:Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics.

• Although not essential, it would beadvantageousto have gained relevant experience through an internship or similar.

• This position does not meet the minimum salary requirements for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Therefore, we are unable to consider applicants whorequiresponsorship. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.

Starting salary:£33,000 plus £2,000 sign-on bonus.
