A graduate supply chain role managing orders, stock, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth delivery of meal kit products.
More Than Just A Job
As a proud B-Corp we focus on using business as a force for good. We do this by balancing out people and planet with profit. For every Mindful Chef recipe box bought we donate the equivalent of a school meal to a child in a less developed country (over 20 million meals donated and counting...) and we have also pledged to go Net Zero by 2030 but there are so many other initiatives that we would love to tell you about!
What we are looking for
We’re looking for a curious, motivated graduate to join our Supply Chain team. If you enjoy solving problems, working with people, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect place to start your career.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll help ensure our ingredients and products move efficiently from suppliers to customers. You’ll work across different teams and gradually take ownership of your own product categories as you grow in confidence.
No supply chain background? No problem, we’ll teach you what you need to know.
At Mindful Chef, we believe potential matters more than experience. You’ll receive training, support, and real responsibility from day one, helping you build valuable skills across operations, logistics, and supplier management.
