About the Role

As a Graduate at Macro, you will play an active role in shaping how we deliver exceptional facilities
management services to our clients. Through structured rotations and hands-on experience, you will contribute to key business areas including operations, marketing, commercial activities, and bid development, gaining a well-rounded understanding of our organisation.

In this role you will:

• Support operations: Help deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality facilities management services.

• Enhance workplaces: Contribute to creating engaging and productive environments and great user experiences.

• Gain broad business exposure: Develop experience across operations, marketing, commercial, and bid writing.

• Support business growth: Assist with bids, proposals, presentations, and initiatives aimed at improving services and driving growth.

• Use technology effectively: Apply digital tools and technologies to improve building performance, enhance decision-making, and support innovation.

• Build project management skills: Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
