This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.
We have the exciting opportunity for a talented, Electrical Engineering Graduate to join BGEN’s Technology Team in Penkith (Cheshire) . This team designs control panels for clients worldwide in industries such as Utilities, Electrical Transmission and Distribution, Renewable Generation, Petrochemical, Nuclear etc.
You will be will be working as part of a collaborative team to aid LV Design Engineers/Senior LV Engineers to carry out LV Assembly designs for various Low Voltage Switchboards, Motor Control Centre’s (MCCs), Local Control Panels and Instrumentation Control and Automation Systems. The role involves visits to client sites throughout the UK to carry out design solutions for asset modifications on existing electrical systems, including LV Assembly modifications, PLC system upgrades and wiring migrations.
