This is your opportunity to learn from industry leaders, gain hands-on experience, and build a solid foundation for a successful career in property within Linley & Simpson in Leeds. Our rotational scheme will give you real-world experience, exposure to all sides of the business and the opportunity to make an impact from day one.
At the end of the programme you will be guaranteed a permanent placement within the business. The salary for this role is £25,680.
You will work 37.5 hours per week but dependent on which rotation you're on, your hours may slightly vary.
What You’ll Do
Rotate across key business areas such as sales, lettings and property management
Work as an estate agent with industry-leading professionals
Gain hands-on experience in client-facing roles and property site visits
Receive structured training, mentorship and support
What We’re Looking For
Recent graduates with a strong degree result and a passion for the property industry.
Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in the property sector
Eligibility to work permanently in the UK
A full UK driving licence
