Job Description
What you’ll do
As a Certification Integrity Officer, you’ll support the Certification Integrity team in ensuring our certification processes run smoothly and meet the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Management of the auditors’ approval process
Tracking and reporting key performance indicators
Supporting audit and compliance processes
Managing digital tools like the BRCGS Directory and MyBRCGS
Communicating with global certification bodies
Assisting with data analysis and reporting
Helping with document translations and consultant invoicing
Supporting new certification body applications
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
Detail oriented and organised
Curious and eager to learn
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
A strong communicator, both written and verbal
A great teammate who can also work independently
A recent graduate in food science, bioscience, or a related field (preferred)
Bonus: Additional language skills
