What you will be doing

• Conducting valuations and bringing properties to market

• Liaising with Vendors and Prospective buyers

• Booking and chasing up valuations

• Cross selling financial services, solicitors and auctions

• Identifying opportunities for new business

• Undertaking canvassing of local properties and win new business

• Coaching the other negotiators and valuers in the office

• Prospecting for new business

What you will have

• A proven track record in converting valuations to properties on the market

• You are currently working as a valuer so have up to date market knowledge

• Full UK driving licence
