L&Q is one of the UK’s leading housing associations and developers. We were founded on a simple belief: high quality housing is vital for people’s health, happiness and security. Everyone deserves a quality home that gives them the chance to live a better life. Today that passion about the importance of housing, and our not-for-profit ethos, gives us our social purpose. All our resources and all our energy are channelled towards providing better housing at a lower cost than can be provided in the private sector – and building more of it. We provide greater security of tenure and services people can rely on. 250,000 people call our properties ‘home’, and we’re proud to serve diverse communities across London, the South East and North West of England. It’s important our 3,000-strong workforce reflects the residents we serve. We have been named one of Britain’s top LGBT+ employers and one of the best workplaces for women and wellbeing.
