A Day in the Life
Based at our UK headquarters in White City, London, you will complete three 6-month rotations across Key Accounts, E-Commerce, and Field Sales over an 18-month journey, reporting to a Commercial Manager in each rotation (applications close 20 November).
• Contribute to joint business planning by preparing sales forecasts, promotion tracking, and commercial scorecards.
• Support commercial negotiations and range reviews by helping build persuasive retailer presentations.
• Assist in tracking sell-out performance across retail and digital accounts to identify commercial growth levers.
• Help coordinate field sales and retail activations to ensure consistent in-store execution.
• Participate in transversal projects with supply chain and marketing to guarantee product availability.

You bring commercial curiosity, an entrepreneurial mindset, and an eagerness to learn how beauty brands grow across retail channels.
You bring:
• Account Management: Ability to build collaborative partnerships with retail and digital accounts.
• Commercial Calculations: Comfort evaluating sales figures, commercial terms, and performance data.
• Engaging Selling to Customers/ Retailers: Skill in structuring clear arguments to present commercial proposals.
• Business Planning: Readiness to support sales forecasting methodology to maintain strong service levels.
• Cooperation: Capacity to partner effectively across diverse cross-functional teams.
