Kier Graduate Mechanical Engineer role supporting the design, development and implementation of mechanical systems while gaining practical experience across construction and engineering projects.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you'll be assisting in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems for various projects.
Your day to day will include:
Assisting in the design and development of mechanical systems for projects.
Supporting the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and reports.
Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
Assisting in the preparation of technical reports, documentation, and project updates.

What are we looking for?
We're looking for people due to graduate in 2027, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Strong interest in mechanical engineering and project management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Hold a full UK driving licence.
