PMO Graduate role on a 2–3-year programme supporting complex programmes through project coordination, reporting, data analysis, stakeholder management, governance, and process improvement while working towards RICS Project Management chartership.
What this job involves:
Our graduate programme will provide you with first-hand experience while working towards a professional qualification.
You’ll join us on a 2 – 3 year trainee programme, working towards Project Management Chartered Surveyor status with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
If you do not have an RICS accredited Real Estate degree, you will complete a fully funded online master's degree (MSc) in Construction Management with the University of the Built Environment as part of the graduate programme. You will be fully supported by both JLL and the University throughout your academic journey.
The PMO Graduate role offers an exciting opportunity to launch your career within a dynamic professional services environment. You will support the delivery of complex programmes, gaining hands-on experience in programme governance, reporting, and stakeholder management while developing essential skills in programme management best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support & Coordination: Support the PMO team in coordinating project activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and timelines. Assist in scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and maintaining project documentation to ensure smooth programme execution.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare programme status reports, dashboards, and presentations for various stakeholder groups. Maintain accurate project records, including risk registers, issue logs, and dependency trackers. Support the development and maintenance of programme documentation and templates.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Collect, analyse, and present programme data to monitor progress against key performance indicators. Support the identification of trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in creating visualizations and metrics that enable effective decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with various teams, business units, and external partners to gather information and coordinate activities. Support stakeholder communications and help facilitate workshops or working sessions as required.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and methodologies. Help identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in programme delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:
Degree – Minimum 2:2 (predicted or achieved) in any degree discipline

You’ll have an interest in the property industry and how we can shape its future

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project or similar project management tools
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify insights
Right to work in the UK:
You will need to have permanent right to work in the UK, with no time restrictions or limited working hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor visas, including Graduate Visas beyond the programme
