Property Finance & Investment Graduate Programme at JLL, a 24–36-month trainee programme focused on real estate investment analysis, financial modelling, market research, transaction analysis, client presentations, and investment opportunities while working toward RICS Chartered Surveyor status.

Our graduate programme will provide you with first-hand experience while working towards a professional qualification.
You’ll join us on a 24-to-36-month trainee programme, working towards Chartered Surveyor status with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). (Property Finance and Investment route).
Anyone with a degree can join this programme, irrespective of discipline, as we are focused on training you to becoming a qualified and well-rounded professional. If you do not have an RICS accredited Real Estate degree, you may complete a fully funded master's degree (MSc) in Real Estate Investment and Finance at Henley Business School (University of Reading). You will be fully supported by both JLL and the University throughout your academic journey.
What your day-to-day will look like:
You’ll get involved in real work from day one that will help clients achieve their ambitions
You’ll complete qualitative and quantitative analysis of real estate and corporate business opportunities, including financial modelling, transaction structure analysis and positioning
You’ll support with market analysis, JLL performance statistics, underbidder analysis and presentations to include maintaining a team capability deck
You’ll learn how to manage JLL’s proprietary databases and research resources, including Global Capital Flows (GCF) data
You’ll be part of a client facing and be responsible for parts or even whole project workstreams, as well as contributing to ideas that we’ll present to our clients
You’ll produce market materials to support sale opportunities, and client materials to support buying opportunities
You’ll help track investor and marketing contacts and produce client reports
You’ll take part in regular training in business skills, technical knowledge, and professional development to support your growth

Dress for your day – Each day will be different, so we trust you to dress according to what you’re doing. For example, if you’re meeting clients then it’s important to dress smartly to reflect the great work we do, and we encourage you dress more casually when you don’t.

Required Skills and Experience:
Degree - Bachelor’s or Master's degree in any subject, but these subjects and similar topics will help you in the role: Finance, Economics, Business Management, Finance and Investment, or Real Estate Management.
An interest in the property industry and how we can shape its future
You’ll be confident in communicating verbally and in written format to help with preparing and delivering client presentations
Strong numerical and analytical skills as you’ll be working with lots of quantitative data and analysing this information to provide decisions on approaches for investments
Project management skills, so you can balance lots of work and ensure work is followed through to the end and completed on time
A curious mindset so you can learn and grow with us
A passion to contribute your thoughts, create fresh ideas, and challenge yourself to do more than you think you could
Right to work in the UK:
You will need to have permanent right to work in the UK, with no time restrictions or limited working hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor visas, including Graduate Visas beyond the programme
