With 1,000+ full-motion digital screens in 132 locations, we are the only commercial digital touchpoint spanning the entire UK motorway network.

By connecting brands with consumers at moments of genuine purchase intent, we reach an annual audience of 355 million people. Powered by our proprietary intelligence platform and data-driven targeting, i-media delivers measurable impact in a uniquely receptive, on-the-move environment.

The Role:

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Creative Designer to join our Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or early-career designer to see their work showcased at a national scale.

You’ll work across two dynamic and fast-growing brands:

  • i-media – the UK’s leading DOOH media owner on UK roads

This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their creative skills, confidently move between B2B and consumer-facing design, and contribute to high-impact digital campaigns across screens and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by creating visually compelling pitch decks and creative proposals, helping to bring campaigns to life for prospective clients

  • Design engaging visual content across digital out-of-home (DOOH), social media, in-app platforms, marketing materials, and branded collateral

  • Maintain and evolve brand identities for both i-media and Pitstop, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and commercial teams to produce creative assets for campaigns, including mailers, whitepapers, and sales tools

  • Respond to creative briefs in an agile and solutions-focused way, delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines

  • Provide support on digital assets, including in-app visuals, email templates, and website content

Skills & Experience:

  • A strong interest in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Good understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling

  • Comfortable receiving and applying feedback to improve outputs

  • Interest in digital design, including mobile and web assets

  • Basic video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro

Soft Skills:

  • Creative thinker with a proactive and solutions-focused approach

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Highly organised with good time management

  • Eager to learn and develop within a fast-growing business

  • Adaptable and comfortable working across different brands and audiences

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary with benefits package

  • Workplace pension

  • Monthly company socials

  • Healthcare Cash Plan

  • Cycle2Work Scheme

  • Enhanced holiday allowance

  • Free monthly 1-to-1 therapy sessions

  • Gym contribution

  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

  • Collaborative, innovative work environment

  • Opportunities for growth and learning
