About the Role
Are you ready to launch your career in engineering and help shape the world around you? We are looking for an ambitious Apprentice Civil / Structural Engineer to join our design team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised engineering qualification.
As part of our collaborative team, you will support engineers in delivering innovative civil and structural solutions across a variety of exciting projects. From commercial developments and infrastructure schemes to sustainable buildings and complex engineering challenges, you’ll gain real project exposure from day one.
You’ll learn how projects progress from concept through to detailed design, developing the technical skills and industry knowledge needed to build a successful career in engineering. As a Civil & structural Apprentice you will be part of an organisation that is 100-percent employee owned, that supports and creates many opportunities for you to advance, succeed and fulfil your career aspirations.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting civil and structural engineers with design and analysis work
Assisting in the preparation of drawings, calculations, and technical reports
Learning to use industry-standard engineering software and design tools
Supporting project teams in delivering projects from concept to completion
Attending site visits and gaining practical insight into construction processes
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions
Requirements
Have recently completed (or be working towards) A-Levels, BTEC, or equivalent in subjects such as Engineering, Maths or a relevant subject
Able to qualify for the government apprenticeship criteria.
Have a strong interest in civil and structural engineering and the built environment
Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
Have good communication and teamwork skills
Be enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to develop new technical skills
