About the Role: Graduate Quantity Surveyor – Masters Programme
We’re looking for ambitious graduates and career changers who enjoy problem-solving, working with people and making a real impact. Whether you’re a recent university graduate searching for graduate jobs in East Anglia, or someone looking for a new professional direction, we’ll provide the support, training and opportunities needed to help you succeed.
You’ll earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience on live projects while following a tailored development pathway that includes a Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying and support towards MRICS Chartered Status.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting the commercial management of construction projects
Assisting with cost planning and cost reporting
Supporting procurement and tendering exercises
Working alongside clients, contractors and consultants
Attending project meetings and site visits
Learning how projects are delivered from inception through to completion
Developing the skills and competencies required to become a Chartered Quantity Surveyor
Requirements
Essential
Degree in any discipline (2:1 or above preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem-solving ability
Strong organisational skills
Desirable
Full UK driving licence
Experience in customer-facing, commercial or professional environments
No construction experience is required.
