Greyfriars Cost Management is a growing cost consultancy and quantity surveying practice based in Norwich.

Founded in late 2024, we are entering an exciting period of growth. About the Role: Graduate Quantity Surveyor – Masters Programme

We’re looking for ambitious graduates and career changers who enjoy problem-solving, working with people and making a real impact. Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the commercial management of construction projects

• Assisting with cost planning and cost reporting

• Supporting procurement and tendering exercises

• Working alongside clients, contractors and consultants

• Attending project meetings and site visits

• Learning how projects are delivered from inception through to completion

• Developing the skills and competencies required to become a Chartered Quantity Surveyor

Requirements

Essential

• Degree in any discipline (2:1 or above preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving ability

• Strong organisational skills

Desirable

• Full UK driving licence

• Experience in customer-facing, commercial or professional environments

• No construction experience is required.
