The Commercial Graduate Programme 

This programme is designed to prove your commercial aptitude and hone your skills for a seat at one of our trading desks. Successful candidates provide front-line support to traders within risk management, analytics, chartering or operations, with opportunities to rotate between.

The programme also has within it the opportunity to gain experience working with our physical Assets business, providing insight to a crucial part of commodity trading.
