To strengthen UK Operations’ ability to monitor sales performance and translate data into actionable insights, we are seeking an Operations Analyst Intern focused on analytics and reporting.

In this role, the intern will support commercial and operational decision‑making by consolidating data sources, building insightful dashboards, and running diagnostic analyses that help improve sales performance and customer engagement strategies. The role contributes directly to enhancing visibility of performance metrics, enabling proactive risk identification, and supporting leadership action through consistent, data‑driven insights.

Key tasks

As an Operations Analyst Intern, you will:

  • Consolidate SAP, Salesforce, and service data into a unified analytical view to monitor:

    • Sales trends

    • Pipeline health

    • Conversion metrics

  • Develop, use, and maintain Power BI dashboards to support preparation for:

    • Sales performance reviews

    • Operational and business reviews

  • Prepare structured data and insights for sales and operational review meetings, ensuring clarity, consistency, and relevance for stakeholders.

  • Run diagnostic analyses to:

    • Identify drivers of revenue variance

    • Analyze reasons behind missed targets

    • Highlight patterns impacting sales performance and customer engagement

  • Improve visibility of key sales KPIs across UK Operations through clear, repeatable reporting.

  • Support the early detection of risk patterns that may impact sales performance or pipeline health.

  • Contribute to building a repeatable insight cadence that enables leadership to take timely, informed, and data‑driven actions.

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and analytics stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business priorities.

Expected outcomes

Through this internship, the Operations Analyst Intern is expected to contribute to:

  • Improved transparency and visibility of sales and operational KPIs

  • Earlier identification of performance risks and revenue gaps

  • Clear, consistent, and actionable insights supporting leadership decisions

  • Stronger alignment between performance data, commercial strategy, and operational execution

Who You Are

You are an analytically minded early‑career professional who enjoys working with data and turning insights into impact. You are curious, structured, and motivated to learn how analytics supports sales performance and operational strategy.

You may be:

  • A student or recent graduate in Business Analytics, Operations, Economics, Engineering, Data, or a related field

  • Comfortable working with multiple data sources

  • Interested in sales performance analysis and operational reporting

  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn

Nice to have

  • Interest or experience with Power BI or reporting tools

  • Exposure to SAP, Salesforce, CRM, or business reporting systems

  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with structured datasets

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
