GAP Group is offering a graduate opportunity in Asset Management & Supply Chain where graduates will gain experience in procurement, logistics, fleet operations, and data-driven decision-making to support operational efficiency across the business.
The Role
If you're analytical, commercially minded, and keen to build a long-term career within Asset Management, this is an opportunity to start strong.
We're looking for motivated graduates to join GAP Group's Asset Management & Supply Chain function – a critical area supporting fleet performance, cost control, and operational efficiency across the business. You don't need a specific degree background to apply, although a Business background would be advantageous.
What matters most is your interest in supply chain, asset management, and operational performance, your willingness to learn, and your drive to progress. As part of our commitment to your development, we'll support and fund relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIPS/OLAT) to help you build a strong professional pathway.
Based in Glasgow, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines while working with experienced mentors and contributing to real business decision-making from day one. By the end of the programme, you won't just understand the Asset Management function, you'll have the skills, confidence, and experience to make a genuine impact.
About You
What You'll Be Doing
• Gaining hands-on experience across Asset Management & Supply Chain functions including Procurement, Transport, Damage & Loss, and Fleet Disposals.
• Supporting procurement activities, supplier engagement, cost analysis and asset lifecycle decision-making.
• Working with transport and logistics teams to support fleet movements, utilisation and efficiency.
• Analysing damage and loss trends, supporting investigations and contributing to prevention initiatives.
• Assisting with fleet disposal activities including valuations, reporting and disposal processes.
• Using data to support operational and commercial decision-making.
• Contributing to continuous improvement projects that drive efficiency and performance across the fleet.
