You’ll support a portfolio of residential properties, gaining hands-on experience while learning from industry experts. What you’ll be doing:
Providing excellent customer service to tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy journey
Supporting with day-to-day administration and coordination of property matters
Learning how to handle queries, resolve issues, and keep customers informed
Assisting with maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
Working closely with our local offices and specialist teams
Building your knowledge of property processes, systems, and legislation
We offer:
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

About You
You will need:
A passion for customer service and helping people
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
A proactive, positive attitude with the willingness to learn
Good problem-solving skills
No previous property management experience is required.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided from day one. While experience in a customer service or administrative role is beneficial, it’s not essential.
