This entry-level commercial data analysis and player relationship management scheme focuses on evaluating digital marketing campaigns, tracking player behavior metrics, and measuring promotional performance.
As a Graduate Analyst in Poker Promotions Analytics, you’ll use data and analytics to understand how players interact with our online promotions. You’ll support the design, optimisation, and evaluation of campaigns, helping us create better player experiences and improve commercial performance — while developing your analytical skills in a supportive environment.
As part of the Poker CRM Analytics team within the wider Commercial Analytics function, you’ll work with experienced analysts who will coach and support your development as you grow into the role.
No two days are the same.
You might spend one day exploring data to support ideas for a new promotion, and another day helping to build or maintain dashboards that track key performance metrics. You’ll also support analysis of live promotions or recently completed campaigns, including learning how to assess results from A/B tests.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned
What you’ll do:
Supporting the Poker Promotions team to understand objectives for individual promotions.
Assisting across the promotion lifecycle, including:
Helping to shape promotional mechanics using data and past learnings
Monitoring performance while promotions are live
Analysing results post‑promotion and contributing ideas for future improvements
Using data to explore player behaviour, such as how different player groups respond to offers, and helping to translate findings into actionable insights.
Building and maintaining basic dashboards or reports to track promotional performance.
What you’ll bring:
A degree (or expected degree) in a quantitative subject (e.g. STEM, Economics, Data Science).
A natural curiosity about data — motivated to understand not just what happened, but why.
Some exposure to data analysis or modelling (through university projects, internships, or personal projects), ideally using tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly.
Good attention to detail and a willingness to ask questions.
Enthusiasm to learn, develop, and grow as an analyst.
Basic awareness of A/B testing or experimentation concepts.
An interest in skill‑based games such as poker, chess, or other card or board games.
Experience using data visualisation or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy).
It’s ok if you don’t think you tick every box on this list. We love people who want to challenge themselves and are passionate about what they do. If you believe you can contribute in some areas and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.
