A graduate consulting role in tech and finance, where you work with clients to deliver technical solutions, support sales, and present ideas, combining consulting, technology, and business, in a hybrid, client-facing environment with structured training and career progression into FinTech roles.
About The Role
In the role as Junior Solutions Engineer Consultant, you will work closely with Sales and Customer Success Management teams to understand client’s needs and requirements. You will support and deliver high quality demos, workshops with clients to win and expand revenue.
The role requires a high degree of responsibility. You will have the opportunity to interact with stakeholders in investment and finance and learn how they work, how markets shape their decisions and how tech helps them achieve their goals. You will also be part of the team presenting solutions and interacting with senior leaders and decision makers for the sales opportunities you will be involved with.
About You
What we look for
Degree level qualification (2:2 or higher) ideally, but not required, in finance, accounting or STEM
Able to commit to at least two years of employment with FDM as a consultant following the initial training period
Strong communication and presentation skills, paired with an analytical and methodical mindset to bridge tech and non-tech communities to deliver results
Background or demonstrable desire to work in the asset management or investment management sectors
