About The Role
The FDM Finance Graduate Programme offers the study support, training and hands on experience needed to become a Chartered Certified Accountant while working in a fast paced commercial environment.
The Finance Graduate Programme sits within FDM’s Group Finance team and is based in Brighton.
You will join a three year rotational programme, moving through a range of teams within the finance function. The programme is designed to build strong technical knowledge through the completion of the ACCA qualification, alongside practical business experience.
The programme provides:
Structured rotations across key areas of finance
Exposure to a wide range of business activities and stakeholders
Ongoing study support alongside your role
A strong foundation for a long term career in finance
About You
We are looking for graduates who are:
Driven, motivated and committed to professional development
Comfortable adapting to change as you rotate across finance teams
Able to manage the combined demands of professional study and a full time role
You will have:
A strong academic background
Clear potential and a desire to perform to a high standard
