What does the graduate programme involve?
Our two-year graduate programme is a dynamic and comprehensive initiative, designed to nurture and develop the next generation of talent. The programme allows for 3–12-month rotations across functions, business areas or locations. This will give you the opportunity to network and experience different parts of our business. We want to give you the tools and experiences you need to shape your future so you can use your passion and abilities to help us succeed in the energy transition.
Discipline Insights:
At Equinor, we believe that market insight and analytical thinking are key to creating value and shaping the future of energy. Within Market Analysis & Trading, you will work at the intersection of data, strategy and commercial decision-making.
You will engage with complex energy markets through analysis, trading and risk management, turning data and insights into real-time decisions and impact. From day one, you will contribute to understanding market dynamics, managing exposure and identifying opportunities.

Skills and Academic Requirements:
•You have a master’s degree or PhD with a good academic record.
•You are fluent in English.
•You do not have more than two years of relevant full time work experience.
•Formal working experience is not a requirement.
•Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work are an advantage.
