About the Role
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Nuclear team as a Level 6 Degree Apprentice Civil Engineer. This role combines practical experience with academic study, enabling you to build a strong foundation for a successful career in civil engineering.
The role will combine technician work (2D & 3D drawings using state-of-the-art software, e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) as well as engineering work (design office and site exposure).
You will work on real projects alongside our engineers while studying for a BEng Civil Engineering degree at UWE Bristol University.
What we are looking for:

Good communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
This position will be based in our central Bristol office, along with day release at UWE Bristol University
What do we need from you
Entry Requirements:
A-levels: BBB (120 UCAS tariff points), which must include A-level Mathematics (or an equivalent)
BTEC Extended Diploma: DDM, including at least an M in Further Mathematics
International Baccalaureate: 26 points overall, with three Higher Level subjects, including Mathematics at grade 5 HL
Access to HE Diploma: Pass with 60 credits overall in engineering or science, with 45 credits at Level 3 (including 24 credits at Merit or above), and Level 3 maths units at Distinction
Foundation degree / HND: Consideration for advanced entry into Year 2 if relevant experience or prior HE credits
GCSE: Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics, or equivalent (we accept Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths).
