Graduate supply chain analyst role focused on data management, inventory and forecast analysis, KPI reporting, data governance and process improvement within an aviation and defence organisation.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for 2x Supply Chain Analyst Graduates to start their career with Draken. In this role, you will provide analytical, reporting and data management support across the supply chain, offering a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals with strong analytical skills to develop within a governed, data-driven supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Aerotrac master data, including lead times, preferred suppliers, unit costs, part classifications, reorder points and safety stock.

  • Support the enforcement of data governance standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data inputs.

  • Analyse forecast accuracy and inventory performance, including availability, stock levels, usage trends, returns and task card part completeness.

  • Identify anomalies, data gaps and process improvement opportunities.

  • Produce weekly operational reports, monthly performance dashboards and quarterly KPI summaries.

  • Support reporting requirements across governance forums, audit activity and wider supply chain performance reviews.

  • Assist with maintaining forecast datasets and preparing data for forecasting and parameter setting.

  • Work with Materials Planning Analysts to improve forecast outputs and support best practice processes.

  • Practical insight that helps improve supply chain performance and governance.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Computing, Mathematics or a related analytical field.

  • Strong analytical and numerical capability, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Excel is essential; experience with Access would be advantageous.

  • A willingness to learn, develop and build capability within supply chain and materials management.

  • Good communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
