A Graduate Marketing role at Dexory offering hands-on experience across PR, content, campaigns, social media, events, and analytics to support a fast-growing robotics and AI logistics company transforming global supply chains.

Ready to kick-start your marketing career with real responsibility, real impact, and real growth?

Here at Dexory, we’re looking for a curious, ambitious Marketing Graduate to join our expanding team. This isn’t a “sit and observe” role—you’ll be hands-on from day one, working across every part of a modern marketing function and contributing to campaigns that actually move the needle.

At Dexory, we're developing advanced software powered by cutting-edge robots that are transforming the very face of global logistics. With infectious enthusiasm, our unique blend of disciplines work in harmony to produce results at pace. From hardware and manufacturing to software, AI and commercial, we're one team – one heart – that beats, learns and grows together.

If you’re looking for a role where you can learn quickly, contribute meaningfully, and build a standout career in marketing—this is it.

Why this role stands out

Most graduate roles box you into one area. This one doesn’t. You’ll rotate across PR, brand, demand generation, content, social, events, and analytics—giving you a well-rounded, commercially valuable skill set that sets you apart early in your career. By the end of your first year, you won’t just understand marketing—you’ll have done it.

You’ll work closely with experienced marketers, get exposure to real business challenges, and see the direct impact of your work.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll gain hands-on experience across:

  • PR & Communications
Help shape how we tell our story—draft press releases, work with media, and track coverage.

  • Campaigns & Demand Generation
Support multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, and paid media—and see how marketing drives revenue.

  • Social Media & Content
Create, schedule, and analyse content across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. Bring ideas to life, including video.

  • Product Marketing
Help position products, support launches, and create materials that enable sales teams to win.

  • Events
Get involved in webinars, trade shows, and roundtables—from planning to post-event analysis.

  • Brand & Creative
Ensure everything we produce looks and feels consistent, professional, and on-brand.

  • Analytics & Insights
Use tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to track performance and turn data into actionable insights.
